Customer churn directly impacts business growth and revenue. The goal of this project was to analyze customer behavior and identify key indicators that signal a high probability of churn.
Performed exploratory data analysis on customer and transaction datasets to understand behavioral patterns. Engineered RFM-based features including recency, frequency, average spend, and customer tenure to capture engagement signals. Trained a Logistic Regression classification model using Scikit-learn with balanced class weights to address class imbalance and improve churn detection.
The model identified key churn drivers, with recency emerging as the strongest predictor of customer attrition. These insights help businesses identify high-risk customers early and support data-driven retention strategies.
Businesses often struggle to monitor sales performance, profitability, and product returns across regions and channels. This project aims to build an interactive dashboard that provides clear visibility into revenue trends and operational performance.
Developed a multi-page Power BI dashboard to analyze sales performance across revenue trends, regional performance, product categories, and sales channels. Created calculated measures using DAX to compute KPIs such as profit margin, return rate, and net revenue. Implemented interactive filters and visualizations to enable dynamic exploration of business performance.
The dashboard provides a comprehensive view of sales performance by highlighting key revenue drivers, regional trends, and return patterns. It helps stakeholders identify profitable segments, high-performing regions, and areas where returns may be impacting overall revenue.
